We encountered the ocean when we descended from Turtagr\u00f8 to Skjolden.\u00a0 Here, more than 200 km further to the west, Norway comes to an end.<\/p>\n

In Italy the shore is a line (of sand).\u00a0 On some side you have terra<\/em> on the other mare<\/em>.\u00a0 In Norway you meet the sea water far, far inland.\u00a0 Then terra<\/em> slowly ends while mare<\/em> equally slowly arrives.<\/p>\n

Here is where Norways ends in \u00d8ygarden north of Bergen.\u00a0 The picture also demonstrates that there are days without rain in Bergen.<\/p>\n

I had lunch on a hill, and got a nice tan.\u00a0 I thought “tan” and “Bergen” were contradiction in terms.<\/p>\n
